Invited to participate in the Borneo Arts Festival in Labuan, Malaysia from 13–16 November, the Yum Yum Bites team was given an opportunity to introduce Sarawak-inspired products to a new audience. The response from visitors was warm and encouraging, with many expressing positive feedback toward the Cake Lapis Terung Asam, Terung Asam Chips, Nestum Terung Asam Cookies and Dabai Chips.
Even after the festival concluded, additional enquiries and orders continued to come in, showing genuine interest from the Labuan community. The experience served as a meaningful reminder of the growing appreciation for Sarawak flavours and the potential to reach more regions in the future.
